CCR&R Statewide Training Needs Assessment
Thank you for your interest in completing the Statewide Training Needs Assessment Survey. Providing your feedback will assist Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) Agency programs in gathering the necessary information for the coordination and implementation of Early Childhood Education training within the State of Illinois. ECEC Enrollment Community Outreach Grant RFP
As part of Illinois’ Learning Renewal efforts, Governor’s Emergency Education Relief (GEER) II funding was allocated to the Governor’s Office of Early Childhood Development (GOECD) to support development of an early childhood awareness and enrollment campaign that has statewide reach. Grants were distributed to 39 Birth to Five regions covering all 102 counties across Illinois.
INCCRRA in collaboration with the Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) Division of Early Childhood (DEC) are excited to announce the following 39 grant awards for the ECEC Enrollment Community Outreach Grant.

Child Care Resource & Referral System (CCR&R)
The Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) System in Illinois is made up of 16 community based organizations funded to provide services and supports to families, providers, and communities across all 102 counties.
Our Impact is evident as a system of permanent, local adaptable organizations through which public and private groups can work together to enhance the accessibility, quality and availability of affordable early childhood education and care.
Empowering parents in making child care choices, supporting providers in quality, and strengthening communities.
- 96,668 families received help paying for child care through CCAP
- 172,794 children benefitted from receiving CCAP assistance
- 6,790 families received assistance locating child care for 9,945 children
- 8,365 child care providers received quality training
